Accepted Batch04 technical integration — parent review required before merge

Sole gpt-6-astra integrator, fresh main after PR42. Twelve prior redesigns remain live and byte-preserved.

Exact10-file scope:3canonical HTML +3PNGs +3manifest descriptions/Runbook thumbnail viewport +BUILD-NOTES +2scoped regression files. No runtime/schema/billing/CSP/dependency/launch changes.

• Changelog and Migration guide byte-exact accepted sources.
• Runbook only authorized sentence delta: “Only once the check below has been clean for five minutes.” → “Only once the verification check has been clean for five minutes.”
• CSS/title/tags/data/commands/output unchanged; Verify remains between native steps1–4 and liststart5.
• 262text nodes,147numeric occurrences,49keyed groups,11pre blocks and all command/output descendants preserved with explicit sentence allowlist.
• Thumbnails use unchanged generator:1280 Changelog/Migration,1920 Runbook to include full prerequisite/Stop rail. Wider gutters/smaller thumbnail type explicitly traded for meaningful safety composition; actual desktop/phone cards included.
• No new roles/tabindex/suppression. Native code-region names, actual sandbox keyboard panning/disclosures/footer and Runbook order have scoped tests and red controls.
• Local check/build pass;1132tests/12skips,268e2e/12skips.0errors40warnings=30outside unchanged+10accepted Runbook diagnostics replacing7legacy; net3new targeted-important-style warnings, CSS preserved.
